Bio
Tom Termini is a founder and managing director of Bluedog Inc. (www.bluedog.net), a software-as-a-service provider located in Washington, DC and Dublin, Ireland. Tom has been a developer and solutions architect since 1990, working with clients such as the World Bank, US government agencies, VW of America, Lockheed Martin, Allied Irish Banks, and others. Tom embodies the modern IT entrepreneur: with an eye towards innovation, he strives to design systems and shepherd teams of developers to achieve new ways for information technology to improve business. In the 1980s he trail-blazed multimedia application design, database integration, and expert systems. After a brief government career with the Federal Reserve, he was a founder of the new media firm Enigma Concepts Inc., which he successfully exited from. Tom was born in Washington, DC, graduated in 1986 with a BA from the University of Maryland and an MBA in 1993 from Loyola College, Baltimore. When not pushing his comrades and clients to new IT heights, Tom explores the back country on his mountain bike with Indy, the Australian Cattle Dog mascot of Bluedog, and favors time spent in the kitchen with his kids, or on the riverbank, fishing.
